Notes
This was originally a 33m pool, but they've put in a boom to separate the diving area from the lane swimming area. There is also a smaller, warmer teaching pool and a leisure pool at this location.
Facility Reviews
This is the best of the pools in North Essex. Good timetables for adult swimming. Changing rooms were recently refurbished but not well done. Male changing room floor is often very dirty. The attendants often sign the sheet on the wall to say thecleaning has been done - without actually cleaning. Complaints resolve nothing!
The leisure part of the pool is excellent, with two flumes, one fast and one slow; two whirlpool hot tubs; small slides for the toddlers; a ‘cave’, wave pool, etc.
