In addtion to the pools described above, there is also a "leisure pool".
Hours are 6:30AM - 10PM weekdays and 7AM - 6PM on weekends. The main pool is operated long course during early morning sessions every day.This facility will host the aquatic events of the 2002 Commonwealth Games, and is the only venue in the UK that boasts two 50 metre pools.

Facility Reviews
This is a great pool! The temperature is reasonable … there are lane ropes, backstroke flags, and pace clocks. Parking is easy at the parking garage around the block.

It's an outstanding facility. The Centre has its own adjacent parking lot - £1 for 2 hours.
