Weekdays 7 - 9 A.M., noon - 2 P.M. and 5 - 8 P.M. or 9 P.M., depending on the day. Weekend hours are 10 A.M. - 4P.M. There are two lanes provided at all times, but the remaining lanes are obstructed in the shallow end by steps.

Good for lanes, best to join rather than pay as you go (due to price) and don't bring the kids, they'll freeze!
