The facility opened in the Spring of 1998 and was the host site for the 1998 Goodwill Games and the 1999 Phillips 66 National Swimming Championships. Absolutely one of the best pools on the East coast! The temperature is right, the chemicals are right, great gutter system, and over 6 feet deep for most of the lanes. If you were a golfer you'd compare this to Pebble Beach.
