Facility Notes
The pool has a large, spiral water slide anchored squarely in the middle of the pool, with a supporting column and terminal both on one side. This leaves only half the pool available for lap/lane/length swimming and the pool has three lane lines (ropes) that would allow for the creation of three lanes in the unobstructed half. (Photos of the pool on the Google Maps site show only two of them in place, with the third on the pool deck, unused.)
There is also a 50m, outdoor, seasonal pool at this location.
Facility Reviews
The indoor pool is narrow, unlaned, and the people who use the slide make waves all the time. In summer you can use the outdoor pool for training, but only in the morning. Lanes are not used in this pool…
There are no markings on the bottom of the pool and sometimes the only two lanes that are swimmable (the others are interrupted by a waterslide) are reserved for water aerobic classes or for synchronized swim team training.
