Facility Reviews
The pool is great. 25m and nicely kept, heated but not too hot. Rarely ever a crowd. If you are a Gold VIP of Hilton Honors you can use the pool, workout facility, and Japanese bath (separate for men and women) for free.
Exceptional for a hotel pool and fastidiously clean (as is everything in Japan). And there's a window wall looking onto a garden. There's also a hot tub. The downside is the water temperature, which is a bit warm.
A nice and very clean pool.

I had a long layover in Narita so took the free hotel shuttle, which was about a 20-minute ride. The pool is in a club located on the ground floor of the Hilton. The cost to enter was just under $23 and included the four-lane, 25m pool; a hot tub, and steam room on the pool deck; a fitness area with treadmills, dumb bells, exercise machines, and a few mats; a bath house in the locker room that contained two showers, five seated shower areas with stools, and buckets and shampoo, conditioner and soap; two pools - one warm and one cold, and a sauna; a locker room with lockers; a vanity area with hairdryers, lotions, cotton swabs, make up removing cloths, etc., and a scale.
After paying at the front desk, you are given a bag that contains a robe, three towels (one large, two small), a swim cap, and a key for a locker. There are sandals outside of the locker room, and a shoe rack to swap out your shoes for sandals.
The pool is in a solarium-type environment with one side being windows that went up to the ceiling but the pool itself was under cover. The gym also overlooks the pool. On the deck there are several pairs of chaise lounges and a pace clock. The pool had rope lane lines and no backstroke flags. The water temp felt around 83ºF. (28ºC.).
It was a great place to spend a long layover!
