Facility Notes
Swim caps are required.
In the past, the base admission fee was good for two hours, after which an additional charge would be due; we understand that this is no longer the case and that the admission fee shown above is not subject to the two hour limitation.
Although the facility has a diving pool, there is no public access to the boards and, in Oct. '11 we were informed the pool had been drained.
There is also a 50m, 10 lane x 25m, 20(?) lane, outdoor swimming pool at this location.
Facility Reviews
Pretty chaotic swimming; no structure, but there are a lot of lanes, so you can find a spot to swim. The indoor pool has pace clocks; outdoors, there are none. Be there at opening to get a lane. (6:30 AM.)
Hours are 6:30 - 8:30 AM and 3:30 - 8:30 PM. There is a snack bar. Lockers are small.

The cleanest and nicest facility I have seen in China, including Hong Kong. The locker room and all areas are clean, but I was surprised by the algae spots in outdoor 50 meter pool.
When I went, only a 25m pool was available and there were no fast lanes. Every lane had people playing, treading water, or doing slow breast stroke. Many collisions. It was awful. The 50m pool was filled with children's swim teams. Overall I give it a low score for such a beautiful place, but maybe I went at a bad time. Also, getting there is very difficult if you don’t speak Chinese; it’s not close to the subway, so you have to navigate the bus routes.

From the lockers to the indoor pools, there is a 50m outdoor walk. When I went, it was 12ºC (54ºF) with a breeze; bring a big towel to keep warm!
