Facility Notes
Swim caps are required. Wearing thongs or shower shoes is recommended between the locker room and the pool.
The 50m pool has a movable bridge or boom that allows it to be divided into two, 25m, 8 lane, tanks. There is also a teaching pool and diving tank, but we do not have descriptions of those facilities.
Visitors to Monaco between the months of May and October may also wish to check out the 50m x 20m, 8 lane, outdoor Stade Nautique Rainier III. From December through March, this pool is converted to an ice rink.
Facility Reviews
The pool is great… The times I visited, I shared a lane with two to three others, but that was no problem. The pool has odd hours, so call first to check on availability. Swim caps are mandatory.
I found the pool overcrowded, they should set up separate lanes for different speeds. The changing room floor was a swamp.
