All lane (lap) swimming is circle-swimming done in a single 3.5m wide area.

Facility Reviews
The adults-only lap swimming session was a bit of a wash out - busy with heads-up breaststrokers. They didn't like being splashed when I sprinted by or did butterfly; being the visitor, I adjusted to suit my fellow swimmers.
A nice pool, bright andwell looked after.
Plenty of parking spaces and a playground outside for the kids.
The changing rooms were strange - mixed changing with single sex showers at the edge of the kiddie pool.
Knaresborough is a nice place, well worth a visit.
