Facility Notes
The second pool is used only when the main pool is being used for competitions. At those times, it is usually separated into one 25m, 10 lane tank for laps and the remainder used for instruction.
Formerly an outdoor pool, "Pool 2", above has been enclosed in a tent-like structure that is not removed in summer.
Facility Reviews
The facility is very nice, but they only allow two or so lanes for public swim. I shared my lane with one to two other people and it wasn’t a problem. I would swim here again.
Very clean, lots of lanes, lockers with locks. In winter, the 50m lanes are split; there is no 50m swimming, except in the summer. The staff is very friendly and the water was great for swimming laps.
I was here in the summer and during "open swim," you had a choice of the two indoor pools (vs. the outdoor semi-covered "tent" pool). I chose the 50m pool and there were about five lanes available for lap swim, not separated by speed. I was told that open swim was from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. I had showed up at 10:05 and they made me wait until 10:15, when they started accepting ticket sales for open swim. Make sure to call and ask when open swim is on any given day.

The primary pool for lap swimming is normally divided into two 25 m sections. Instead of 10 lanes, however, they've managed to fit in 11. So, just as a warning, if you normally use the bottom lane marking to orient yourself and you’re circle swimming, you may find yourself swimming in a lane where the lane line is not in the middle. (I banged my arm a couple of times!)
