Swimmers Guide is not connected with any of the more than 20,000+ facilities listed on this site in any way. We cannot tell you the pools’ opening and closing times; we cannot tell you about the availability and cost of swimming lessons; we cannot help you find your children’s lost goggles or bathing suits.

We can and do try to give you reliable information about the pools, their locations, their access policies, and their single-visit or casual swimming prices. Where possible, we include email addresses and hypertext links to the pools’ own official websites, and links to the websites of the clubs and teams that swim there. Look to those resources within each listing for more detailed information.

The data in each listing is under continual review and is revised whenever the site’s editors become aware of a change but, with more than 20,000 listings, a complete, periodic review of every listing takes about three years to complete; in many places, prices will change two or three times before we have a chance to check the pool’s official website again.

For that reason, we ask for your help: If any of the information in the listing is incorrect, out of date, or could be improved, please tell us. There is an "Edit" button on just about every line of every listing, click on the edit button to tell us what needs to be changed. Please consider checking the listings of the pools you regularly use at home or when traveling, as your knowledge may be helpful to someone else who is unfamiliar with your area and visiting for the first time.

To our English users: For reasons described in the FAQ, county names shown the listings in England are the cities' and towns' historic counties, not necessarily the counties they are assigned to now.

Facility Notes

The facility has a 15m, 85-88ºF toddler pool and an 88-95ºF bubble jet hot tub. There is also an 8m waterslide, a 6-foot mini-waterslide, and a sauna for adults on the pool deck. There's a zero-depth entry toddler bay with a 4m floating snake toy and water play attractions. Changing facilities include a family changeroom, in addition to the standard men and women.
NOTE: On January 31 - February 1, 2019, the facility had a four-alarm fire that took 25 hours to extinguish. As a result, the centre has been shut-down and all programs relocated to other facilities. The Mayor of Toronto has promised that the centre will be rebuilt as soon as possible, but we imagine that we're talking a long time. We'll recheck the status of the facility in about a year and revise this note, as appropriate. [March 11, 2019]

Facility Reviews

During the 7:30 to 9 AM lane swim, it's generally very crowded. There are many rather slow people in the fast lane. And many people just rest/chat while standing inside the pool on the side and ends of the pool, even the fast lane, worsening the congestion.
During the 7:30 to 9:30 PM leisure swim, the sauna is too noisy. There's lots of hair in the shower area. You can't buy tickets until the opening time, so valuable swimming time is lost changing and then, to boot, last night (09-Jan-2014) the life guards started closing pool at 9:22 PM (normally they whistle at 9:25), so another five swimming minutes are lost. I know they would like to go home sooner, but clients should be allowed to use the swimming pool and sauna until 9:30.
