Facility Reviews
The best thing is that the pool's outside, but covered with a giant sun shade. All the pleasure of swimming outdoors, without the sunburn!
This is the finest public pool I've visited. Not much used in the evenings at this time of year (Autumn), much better locker room and showers than the Y, treated with bromine rather than chlorine, edge skimmers that keep the water surface flat.
This pool is ideal for aqua jogging workouts or rehabilitation. You can attach a bungee cord to the side of pool. This a good option and staff are sympathetic.

A simple city pool that is everything a lap swimmer wants: cool, clear water; well-marked lanes; not too crowded. As noted above, the pool is outdoors but under a large, white canopy-like tent that serves as a sun shield.
The locker rooms are simple but they have everything you need. (Bring your own lock.) And, it was free.
