Important Notice Please Read - CLICK HERE

Swimmers Guide is not connected with any of the more than 20,000+ facilities listed on this site in any way. We cannot tell you the pools’ opening and closing times; we cannot tell you about the availability and cost of swimming lessons; we cannot help you find your children’s lost goggles or bathing suits.

We can and do try to give you reliable information about the pools, their locations, their access policies, and their single-visit or casual swimming prices. Where possible, we include email addresses and hypertext links to the pools’ own official websites, and links to the websites of the clubs and teams that swim there. Look to those resources within each listing for more detailed information.

The data in each listing is under continual review and is revised whenever the site’s editors become aware of a change but, with more than 20,000 listings, a complete, periodic review of every listing takes about three years to complete; in many places, prices will change two or three times before we have a chance to check the pool’s official website again.

For that reason, we ask for your help: If any of the information in the listing is incorrect, out of date, or could be improved, please tell us. There is an "Edit" button on just about every line of every listing, click on the edit button to tell us what needs to be changed. Please consider checking the listings of the pools you regularly use at home or when traveling, as your knowledge may be helpful to someone else who is unfamiliar with your area and visiting for the first time.

To our English users: For reasons described in the FAQ, county names shown the listings in England are the cities' and towns' historic counties, not necessarily the counties they are assigned to now.

Facility Notes

NOTE: In July, 2017, the 50-meter pool (Pool 1) and diving boards were closed for a complete renovation, expected to take at least one year. In anticipation of the closure and as a planned enhancement to the facility, a 25m outdoor pool was built and tented (Pool 2) for year-round use while the 50m pool is being worked on. When the work on the 50m pool is completed, the tenting will be removed from the outdoor pool and it will remain open, presumably as a seasonal facility.
While checking to see if the pool had reopened in October, 2018, we found minutes of a September 27, 2018 meeting of the Comite Syndical Piscine indicating a one-year delay of the renovation works.

Facility Reviews

I swam in this pool several times a week from 1999 to 2002 and found it to be a wonderful facility. They have an odd type of swimming etiquette there that takes some getting used to if you are a competitive swimmer. I encourage everyone to visitthere at least once. It is close to the RER train station and about 30 minutes west of Paris.
