Facility Notes
NOTE: The pool is closed for the entire month of August.
Swim caps are required in all Madrid municipal pools.
The facility is the oldest pool in the Madrid public pool system and was closed for several years, but has reopened.
The official description of the main pool says it has five lanes, one of our reviewers says it has six, and we've seen photographs of the pool with seven lanes set up.
Facility Reviews
Two pools: One just for teaching; the other 25m, 6 (narrow) lanes. The water temp. was fine - not too hot. Good lane discipline (it was busy when I visited, but I still managed a good swim.) Changing facilities male and female separate, open-plan.Old lockers with keys that don't work and keys without bands or pins to keep them while swimming. But a good feel to the place and feels like a much-used and loved facility. I shall ll definitely go again!
A great place to swim; the water temperature was fine. It's just five minutes to the metro.

This is an old pool but pretty clean. There were five tight lanes with levels from slow to fast, though the fast is relative. In morning almost 100% of the swimmers were retired people.
The changing room and access to the pool are in the second building, after the tennis zone.
