Facility Reviews
Better management of lap lanes during school holidays would be desirable.
There are two main pools at this complex: a 25m, indoor pool and a 50m, outdoor pool. The indoor pool was crowded, chaotic, had cloudy water, and there was debris on the pool floor. Definitely not a great place to swim laps. The outdoor pool was much nicer and cleaner, but the water was on the cool side, and it wasn’t the most comfortable place to swim in the wintertime. Also, the outdoor pool is closed during the middle of each day (apparently for solar heating), which is a shame because this is probably the only time during the winter that it would be warm enough to use.
The place itself seemed more geared towards kids, families, and aqua aerobics. I’d probably come back to use the 50m outdoor pool during the summer, but I wouldn’t return to swim laps in the 25m indoor pool.
