Facility Reviews
The pool is small and shallow for the most part, as is the pool deck. I have been there when it is quite busy, which makes it difficult to get a good workout, having to stop for people frequently and wait behind others. A bathing cap is required. There is a great steam room in the ladies' locker room (not sure about the men’s). There are hair dryers in the ladies' locker room as well.
The facilities are clean and well maintained; the water temperature is good for laps; and the staff is very nice. The pool was quite crowded at 11 AM on a Tuesday (six+ swimmers per lane, down to four just before noon). Three of the four lanes were speed-segregated, with swimmers and the lifeguards doing a decent job keeping everyone sorted. I was in the fast lane, and when I started using a kickboard, the lifeguard came and asked me to move to the medium lane while kicking. Mostly good etiquette. Kickboards and pull buoys available poolside. The pool may be less crowded on days with more sessions.
