So negative! The centre is clean and looks brand new. The changing rooms are light, modern, and clean. They are, unfortunately, some distance from the pool. Casual swimming is fine, if you don't go during the standard peak times.
The pool is always at competition level temperatures, a good deal cooler than a normal family pool - it's very cold. Showers are usually broken or busy. The two diving boards were put in opposite each other so only one can be used at a time - a pure design disaster. Diving from the pool side is not permitted. The changing rooms are grubby; the locker wristbands are so worn out that they come off when you swim.
