Facility Notes
There is also a 25m x 16.66m, 1.8m depth, 6 lane, outdoor, seasonal pool at this location. One lane is permanently reserved for "sporty swimmers".
Facility Reviews
No rules, no floating lane dividers, and pretty much a free-for-all of breaststrokers who meander wherever there is an open space - and this for the "cool water lap pool"! Although lanes are marked on the bottom, there is little concept of a lane. You have to be aggressive to get a workout, because you have to run into and jostle other swimmers to establish and maintain a clear lane. If you veer to avoid collisions, you will become one of them and spend your time zig-zagging all over the pool.
