Facility Reviews
This is a four-pool complex. Three of the pools are leisure pools with water from warm springs and Jacuzzi-type beds. The fourth is a cooler 25m lap pool. This training pool is usually reasonably empty, so it's possible to do a work-out here even when the rest of the complex is jammed (as it often is). Admission to the complex is expensive but includes use of a new sauna/Turkish bath block, and the "thermal river" - a snaking channel of moving water. There are slides in the summer and grassy areas to lie out. This is more of a family afternoon out than a training destination, but ironically that may be why it is always possible to get a good work out here, if you don't mind being the odd one out.>br>[March, 2013]
