Facility Reviews
I swam here in early March. The water is very clean and clear. It tastes like it's about 0.3% to 0.45% (w/v) sodium chloride (seawater is 0.9%). The pool has backstroke flags in place. A swim cap (gorra) is required. Footgear other than swim fins is forbidden in the pool area. There are often only three lanes available for lap swimming. They have a schedule that I found unclear.
There are very few lockers available, bring your own lock. There is a check room with hangers, but signage says not to check valuables, money, cellular phones, etc. Towels were not provided. Shampoo, body wash, and a couple of other toiletries were available for sale in small packets. The showers were nice and clean.
There's a sign that says US dollars are accepted - and a very good rate of exchange is posted - but they did not accept them. They do accept credit cards. I used a Visa card.
