Facility Reviews
Although a 50m pool, only a few lanes are 50 meters long because most are subdivided into two separate, 25 meters lanes. Fortunately, at least one of the 50m lanes is always open, but it’s not the exclusive domain of lap swimmers. The facility as is worth a visit - it’s brand new and has a recreation pool with water slides, a spa, etc. The bracelet you get when paying the entrance fee is also used to lock your locker, the only pool I know with such an innovative system.
A nice, cool, competition pool that can get crowded during prime hours. The "fast lane" is signposted, but not much respected and definitely not enforced.

The facility design appears to be an exact duplicate of the S&R Olympia pool (now LAGO Brugge Olympia, Eds.) in Brugge. At around 16:30 two of the 50m lanes got taken over for a swim team. One 50m lane was left for the public. The lane lines were not the "wave dampening" type.
