Facility Reviews
I swam in the pool this morning and it's great. Not your typical wellness center pool. Much deeper (at least at one end) and much better gutters/lane ropes than most gyms. The only downside is the water temperature. It was great today at 81ºF (27ºC), but they've got the heater on and are looking to maintain it at 84º. If they'd keep it at 81º or 82º, it would be nicer than the Triangle Aquatic Center's 10 lane program pool.

This is a great pool. The always clear water is kept around 83º. You can often get your own lane in the early afternoon. During Covid restrictions, you need to reserve, but it's fairly easy to do, even a few days out. The locker rooms are large and clean, pretty good private club level.

I was a member here for two years (2015-2016), but realised that it was too expensive for the amount that I was able to swim peacefully. Hopefully the volume is regulated better now with COVID restrictions. However, before the pandemic, weekends were always much too crowded, except very late in the evening. I typically swam only on weeknights the hour before closing. Although I appreciate that the pool seemed clean, the water was typically too warm for my taste. I decided it was no longer worth the high cost.
