Facility Notes
The pool's annual opening and closing dates vary. Opening appears to be at the last weekend in February; closing is the first Sunday of Advent, the fourth Sunday before Christmas.
The €2.00 heating supplement applies during the "low season" (mid-September to the first Sunday of Advent) and "pre-season" (early February to the end of April) only. The exact dates vary every year.

Facility Reviews
There were three lanes set up, but they weren't divided by speed, so you may have to share your lane with slower swimmers. The starting blocks have backstroke handles protruding over the water, so take care not to hit them with your heels, if you do flip turns.
The lockers take a padlock, which can be borrowed when you pay your admission. Small, coin-operated lockers are available for valuables. People also put their bags on benches at the end of the pool.
I would guess the power plant across the street provides the heat for the pool. It is a great idea from an engineer's point of view, since a steam power plant has plenty of waste heat due to the energy given up to condense the water in the system. U.S. power plants usually use a cooling tower to dump the waste heat in the atmosphere.
