This is a spa in a luxury hotel. Towels, toiletries, and lockers with locks are provided. A swim cap is not required. The open hours are 8 AM to noon and 1 to 5 PM. Ask for a "half day spa membership," which is what they call it. Payment is expected in Argentine currency or by credit card.
There is a free hourly shuttle bus to/from the Almacén de Ramos Generales (see on a map, HERE) up to the hotel every hour on the half-hour and down to town every hour on the hour from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM.
