Facility Reviews
There are effectively three pools in this complex, as the bulkhead in the 50m pool hasn't been moved since the Shaw Center opened in 2009. The 25m leisure pool is warmer than the 50m, but not excessively so. The lane swim section of the larger pool is at the shallow end and a comfortable cool temperature. There’s lane swimming weekdays at 6 AM and later in the day on weekends. Avoid the Wed. night lane session, it's insanely crowded and the guards are reluctant to put up ropes for some reason.
