I swam at 8 PM on a Wednesday. The pool was divided into three, very wide lanes and there were always four to eight people in each lane. The speeds are clearly marked (slow, medium, fast) and the lanes are wide enough that you can pass while circle swimming.
[May, 2015] - The pool is divided into three lanes for lap swimming (slow, fast and medium). I don't know the temperature but it's kept cold so it's great for distance swims.
