Facility Notes
We were able to count the number of fixed 1m and 3m diving boards from photographs of the pool on the Google Maps website, but we also saw several portable 1m and 3m diving boards, so the total number of diving boards available at this facility will vary from day to day.
There also appear to be two complete sets of diving platforms: One is at the diving pool, Pool 3, above; the other is at the "competition pool", which is Pool 2.
There is also a 50m, 8 lane, outdoor, seasonal pool at this location.
The facility also has a Facebook page.
Facility Reviews
A very good facility, though very crowded on weekday evenings (clubs occupy most of the lanes). You can get a lane of your own in the 25m pool at midday and on weekends.
The outdoor pool opens in early May and is often quite empty. Great pool, comfortably cool water, and the changing rooms are clean. The school children always there are a drawback.
Wow! Outdoor pools (crowded), indoor 50m, diving, and water aerobics pools, plus an indoor/outdoor adventure pool for kids.
A great facility!
The outdoor pool was warmer than expected - lovely and clean. Bring a lock, but not a suitcase lock, which will be too small. Limited smoking area means some unwelcome, wafting smoke. Swim caps NOT required. There is also a swim shop and snack bar.

The 50m pool was awesome. There were lots of old timers in the lanes, but they generally got out of the way for the more nimble swimmers. The locker rooms get dirty fast but they clean them and everyone takes their shoes off at the entrance. There are saunas in all locker rooms. As a bonus, there is a kids' paradise pool with slides et al., in case you're bringing kids along. It was crowded with tons of kids, but they don't go into the 50m pool, so you're safe there. It's SEK 30 for a lock if you don't have one. Or you can bring your bag poolside.

The 50 metre indoor pool is fantastic. The lanes are clearly marked for fast crawl, crawl, breast stroke, etc. The best times are between 10 AM and noon, when you can often have a lane for yourself. There are saunas and steam room in the changing rooms and 3 Jacuzzis out in the swimming halls. The outdoor 50 metre is open only in the summer, of course.

I swam in the heated, 50m, outdoor pool yesterday - superb! The whole complex is excellent with indoor and outside pools. There are really nice saunas, as well, and the park where the outdoor pools are is a great place to hang out and picnic. If you have a layover flying via Stockholm you can get to the pool from Arlanda Airport in 30 to 40 minutes by public transport.
