Facility Notes
The April, 2014, reviewer's comment about the water being too warm is true. The average daily high temperature in Singapore ranges from 30ºC (86ºF) to 33ºC (91ºF) and the average daily low temperature is consistently 25ºC (77ºF) to 26ºC (79ºF). Pools may cool off in the rainy season (November through January), as cloud cover can reduce the intensity of the sun beating on the water, but the pools are always likely to be warm.
Facility Reviews
Easy access: 500m from MRT Station. The pool is directly beside an open air stadium where triathletes may train. It's a nice 50m pool, not too crowed during the day (~ 10 swimmers); there are also 2 smaller pools (1 diving pool, 1 teaching pool).People were swimming in line. Water was clean. On weekends, two lanes are reserved for laps. Be sure to bring 1SGD (entry) and 20c coins (locker). Towels are not provided. Changing room are ok, no hair dryer.
I had a workout here and the water was hot.
