Facility Reviews
This is a fine pool for lap swimming. The water is reasonably clear and not overheated; the facility is bright and clean; and there are clocks and timers easily visible. No provided training equipment was evident. There was one designated slow lane, one designated fast lane, and four other lanes, each with one or two swimmers at 2 PM on a Tuesday. Lockers are €1, which is returned. The changing/showering facilities are relatively clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. When paying the entrance fee, one receives an orange card, which is then handed to the lifeguard upon entering the pool area. The hours are extensive, although I was told that the schedule was changing the following week. This was not consistent with the published schedule online, so calling ahead is recommended.
At 6 PM on a Friday, only two lanes were available for lap swimming, one designated "slow" and one designated "fast". The other four lanes were for kids' programs, and there were a LOT of kids! Fortunately, only four people were doing laps.
