Facility Notes
The first pool listed above is actually 75m long with three bulkheads or booms that allow for a tremendous variety of configurations. For 15m of its length, the depth is adjustable.
There is also a 32ºC (90ºF) indoor multi-purpose pool and a 34ºC (93ºF) hydrotherapy pool.
The facility was the aquatics venue for the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
Facility Reviews
Rating: 7 on a scale of 10. Crowded busy centre. Laps somewhere usually possible. The focus for organized swimming in Victoria. Hence lots of people. Change rooms are too small.
The changing rooms are too small and the lockers are too far away from the outdoor pool, but the pool itself is fine and not at all crowded when I visited (I had a lane to myself for an hour).

Beautiful pools in a beautiful setting. I swam in the indoor and outdoor long course pools with about two swimmers in each lane. The facility sits on the edge of Albert Park, which is great for a post-swim walk.
