Facility Reviews
Excellent facility, easily the best place in Berlin for lap swimming. Extremely clean. Usually several lap lanes open for most of the day but, like most Berlin pools, there is no differentiation of speed across the lanes.
The pool complex is vast, and mostly underground.
The locker rooms are clean, but not comfortable. The showers are clean, but the temperature is either too hot or too cold. The toilets didn't smell very clean and the deck was very slippery. The pool was clean with a good temperature.
It was a bit busy during early morning, before working time, with six or seven people in the lane. Quite hard to make some series. Great place for swimming anyway. It cost €2 to use the locker.

I was here in June '14. It's the best pool I've ever seen - clean, a nice building, cheap, good facilities - even a beergarten!, and serious lap swimming in separate lanes. The entrance was kind of difficult to find; it probably has to do with the large building and modern architecture.

There is one lane in the middle always reserved for fast swimming. While the use of swimming paddles and snorkels is usually prohibited in other Berlin pools, here all of that is permitted (this makes it the only indoor pool where lifeguards are tolerant to this).
