Facility Reviews
Good pool. I didn't swim in the indoor pool, but the lanes were full-width. The lanes in the indoor/outdoor pool were not quite as wide, but the temperature was great and the bubble was off. It was very, very clean with great facilities, including a cafe overlooking the indoor pool. Bring a padlock for your locker (a decent size one - my tiny one wouldn't close).
It wasn't busy, although people seemed to come and go all the time. I had a lane to myself and was allowed to use hand paddles, etc. Fast and slow lanes were set out and respected. It's really close to Parc Guell, so perfect to pop in before or after your visit there.

Nice facility! A woman at the reception desk spoke English and helped me get checked in. A water polo tournament occupied the indoor pool, but I was able to swim in the "outdoor" pool, which was covered by a dome in mid-May. The water temperature was very comfortable and pull-buoys and kickboards were available for use. I circle swam counter-clockwise and other swimmers were polite and practiced good lane etiquette.
The large Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were a nice treat post-swim. The women's locker room was spacious and clean. Disposable booties were provided in case one forgot flip-flops. Shower pressure was good, and ample free hair dryers were provided. (One could pay €0.20 to stand under a robotic looking dryer.) I brought my small TSA lock and it worked to secure a locker.
