Facility Notes
This facility also has a splash-and-dash L shaped second pool (for kids and elderly or anybody else) with slightly warmer water and a number of different water fountains to stand under for stress release, and a SPA-style area with bubbling water jets. There are also a steam room, a sauna, and a well equipped gym in the same building.
Facility Reviews
I am on this island only because of the Baltavida! It's a nice facility, one of the best architectural buildings on this island. The 25m pool is open all day and is used primarily for lane swimming. Occasionally, groups take one or two lanes for an hour; at all other times all six lanes are open to the public; one lane is designated for handicapped swimmers. The lanes are usually marked fast, medium, or slow, and the pool is seldom crowded. So training can be a great experience here.
