Facility Reviews
This is a very nice pool, built in 2011. It is in a light, airy hall. It was clean. All nine lanes had lane ropes, 5m overhead banners for backstroke, and permanent racing start blocks. It was quiet mid to late morning. There is also a 12m x 5m pool used for teaching and aquagym classes. Swim hats are compulsory and flip flops are requested.
The casual entry is expensive, but multi-admission tickets for five or ten swims are available, see the pool website. Lockers are available, but bring your own padlock.
Visitors staying at the tourist resort of Puerto de la Cruz can take Bus 30 or 102 and get off at Junction 29 Santa Ursula ( La Quinta). Then, walk back 50m over the bridge and straight on for 12 minutes.
